Cooper River Ballet Approach

  When technique is properly taught and monitored, muscles are strengthened, and the joints fall where they should. Proper technique prevents most injuries.

We use targeted Pilates exercises to strengthen where strength is needed and as feedback to better illustrate correct muscle usage.

 We offer professional Pilates equipment and trained instructors.

The ABT® National Training Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.
